Trebuchet is a strategic trading card game designed to simulate the dynamics of financial markets in real time. Each card in a player's deck embodies a distinct trading strategy for a financial asset, challenging participants to effectively manage market fluctuations.

Key features and mechanics include:

<li>Dynamic Trading: 
Each card automatically executes either a buy or sell order, without an option to hold a neutral position. Players must anticipate market movements and develop strategic plays accordingly.</li>

<li>Queue Mechanics: 
Strategies are activated every 30 seconds, with each new position added to a queue that can hold up to 250 positions. Simultaneously, the oldest position in the queue is evaluated. This process sustains continuous market activity over a total span of 7,500 seconds (125 minutes).</li>

<li>Exposure Limits: 
Total exposure across all strategies is capped at $25,000 in simulated funds. This constraint promotes balanced risk management and fairness within the game environment.</li>

<li>Card Acquisition: 
Players can expand their deck by purchasing additional cards or obtaining a random card through the game's Carousel feature.</li>

<li>Card Analytics: 
Performance analytics are provided via the Live Battle chart, which displays unrealized profit and loss (PnL) alongside open positions for real-time evaluation. Additionally, the Profit & Loss chart tracks realized gains and losses over time.</li>
</ul>

Gameplay Modes: 
Participants initiate their market challenge within the 'Battle Menu,' where they deploy cards into play and monitor their progress through leaderboards that reflect rankings based on performance.

Trebuchet offers a platform where strategic decision-making intersects with financial simulation, encouraging players to predict market movements, execute trades, and strive for dominance on the leaderboard.
